Profile
Already a small-screen heartthrob at 21, Hunter Parrish transitions from a teenage rabble-rouser on Showtime’s Weeds to a crooning romancer as he steps into the role of Melchior in Spring Awakening. Parrish’s predecessor, the Canadian rocker Kyle Riabko, is staying in character but changing locations—he’s headlining the national tour, which kicked off August 15 in San Diego. Now playing at the Eugene O’Neill Theatre.
