Stylist Ric Pipino may work his magic on starlets like Nicky Hilton, Molly Sims, and Gabrielle Union, but his salon is low on glitz, high on service.  On the menu are cuts and color, blowouts, hair and scalp treatments, makeup, and at-home/in-room options for basic services. Clients tend to be down-to-earth and more interested in Pipino’s nearly thirty years of experience than in his celebrity connections (he’s Heidi Klum’s ex). Pipino is based in New York, but jets to Miami every six to eight weeks to check in on his other salon, Pipino Miami, in South Beach’s Shore Club Hotel. — Chrissy Persico
