A bit awkwardly located, O.W. is nonetheless a welcome oasis for guy-loving guys looking for a post-work happy hour in sterile, heterocentric Midtown East. The bowling alley-length bar leads toward a cigarette-friendly patio, and nightly parties keep things lively (if nothing else).
