Bird and Butter have dominated the Brooklyn fashion-retail scene for years, but the fashion-label lovers still had to travel to Manhattan for Jimmy Choos or anything Lanvin. Zoe is an emporium (3,500 square feet) that has managed to lure high-ticket, big designer names for men and women (Prada, Marni, Jil Sander) across the river. There’s no doubt the price tags can be intimidating, but there’s an affordable selection of gear from J Brand, Cheap Monday, and C&C California. The sheer amount of merchandise and size takes away from the charm that Brooklyn retail is known for, but the shopping options are endless.
